Jessica Lane Day joined Stack & Associates, P.C. in July 2008. Prior to joining Stack & Associates, Ms. Day was the Assistant Director of Georgia Conservation Voters. Ms. Day co-authored "Continuing Trends in the Judicial Interpretation of the Georgia Coastal Marshlands Protection Act ," which was published in the Winter 2007 Newsletter for the State Bar of Georgia Environmental Law Section. Ms. Day earned her undergraduate degree in Anthropology, with Honors, from William & Mary in 2001 and her law degree from Emory University School of Law in 2006. She has clerked with the Southern Environmental Law Center, GreenLaw, the Turner Environmental Law Clinic and Georgia Conservation Voters. Ms. Day is a member of the South Carolina and the Georgia Bar and is admitted to the Georgia Court of Appeals, the Supreme Court of Georgia, the Northern District Court of Georgia, the Middle District Court of Georgia, and the Southern District Court of Georgia.
